Dear Missions Partners,<\/p>\n

\"FBC5\"Greetings to all of you and we pray this message finds you doing well:). John and I just returned home from Whidbey Island, WA where we attended and participated in the Family Bible Church’s yearly Global Partners Conference. What a wonderful time we had!!\u00a0 It had been nearly 8 years since our last visit, so to be re-united with dear friends and faithful supporters was a great blessing. We also had the privilege of meeting new friends and partners in\u00a0 ministry as we interacted with all the other organizations represented at the GPC. Faithful men and women serving our Lord through various ministries with the goal of reaching the world with the Gospel of Christ.<\/p>\n

John had several opportunities to share what Steppin Out had been doing lately and to challenge those in the pew to “Step-Out” and join us on one of our projects. Then on Saturday night he was the key-note speaker and was asked to share specifically on what God was doing in West Africa. John had been working on what he would say for days and what pictures he would share to also help tell the story. However, he was not prepared for what surprise FBC had in store for him as by way of an introduction. The video that I am going to include in this email was what they used to introduce John that night. Needless to say, he was speechless, his eyes were filled with tears and his heart was so full that his thoughts just became blank!\u00a0 What an incredible blessing!!! What a joy to hear of God’s amazing work in the life of someone who was challenged to “Step-Out”. We are grateful to our Lord that He allows us to join Him in the work He is doing around the world!!\u00a0 FBC Missions Conference Greetings video!<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

\"FBC4\"In other news – John, Joel and Joe will be leaving this Sunday May 14th for Camp Barakel in Fairview MI. SOM has been asked to bring teams and build another service building for the camp. They are currently looking for a couple more guys who could come for a few days\/week and help build this pole barn construction. Contact John (330) 407-0860 or Joel (330) 407-0422 if you are interested.<\/p>\n

*Next – \u00a0John will be returning to Bolivia (Monte Blanco) the end of June to mid July to install some much needed water storage tanks. Remember, they just installed the new water filtration system and now they need to replace the old cement block storage units with new, clean stainless ones. No need to filter the old dirty river water if you plan to store that crystal clear water in algae stained cement tanks:(:(.\u00a0\u00a0 If you would like to be a part of this project, please contact us right away for details. LATCOM is currently raising funds to help pay for these new tanks.<\/p>\n

*Possibly this fall- Assisting “By the Light Ministry” \u00a0in Liberia, West Africa with a new multipurpose building for training Pastors and church services.<\/p>\n

Thank you for your continued support of finances and prayers!!\u00a0 There is no greater joy than to serve our Lord and to partner with you in that calling!<\/p>\n
